Accessibility Lift Information
The Accessibility Lift operates in 30-minute time slots, while standard arrival times are booked in 15-minute slots. Your arrival time must fall within the 30-minute Accessibility Lift slot you select.
Example:
- If your arrival time is 13:15–13:30, book the 13:00–13:30 Accessibility Lift time slot.
- If your arrival time is 13:30–13:45, book the 13:30–14:00 Accessibility Lift time slot.
🔹The accessibility lift is located midway through the experience, but you do not need to estimate when you’ll reach it. Simply book a time slot as close to your entry ticket time slot as possible, and our team will manage the rest.
🔹If you're unable to book an accessibility lift time slot that matches your entry ticket time slot, please book the closest available one. When you arrive, our team will do their best to admit you at your entry ticket time slot, but if that's not possible, you'll be admitted at your accessibility lift time slot instead.
🔹If your group has more than two people or more than one wheelchair user who need to use the accessibility lift, multiple accessibility lift reservations will be required. In this case, once you have booked your entry tickets and the first accessibility lift time slot, you must book additional accessibility lift reservations HERE
🔹Your group will be admitted based on your accessibility lift time slot reservations rather than your entry ticket time slot on the day of your visit.
Who Can Use the Accessibility Lift?
✅ The lift is available for guests who require step-free access.
✅ The booking is for the lift itself, not per person. It accommodates up to two guests (one wheelchair user and one carer).
🔹Strictly limited to 2 people per reservation due to health and safety procedures (maximum one wheelchair)
Size Restrictions:
- Maximum wheelchair size: 115cm x 65cm
- Lift dimensions: 147cm (length) x 100cm (width)
🚫 Mobility scooters are not permitted. However, a standard wheelchair can be provided if needed. Scooters can be stored in our buggy park.
🚫 Pushchairs are not permitted in Lift 109 and must also be stored in our buggy park.
There may be a short wait if the lift is in use.
What should I do when I arrive?
When you arrive at the entrance, you will be greeted at the welcome desk by a member of our team who will scan your entry tickets. Please make sure to show them your accessibility lift reservation. You will then be issued a green wristband.
Midway through the experience, a team member will ask if any guest has a green wristband. Please make yourself known at this stage, and the team member will bring you and a companion (if applicable) to the accessibility lift to bypass the stairs.
The wristband does not have to be worn, but we ask that it remains visible for a smooth experience.
