You can reserve the accessibility lift during your ticket booking.

Confirmation & Entry
After reserving the lift, you’ll receive a separate confirmation email.
On the day of your visit, please bring both your:

Accessibility Lift Capacity
The accessibility lift can be reserved by guests who require step-free access and cannot use or may struggle with climbing up and down 39 steps.
This includes:
- Wheelchair users
- Guests with mobility challenges
Each reservation is limited to 2 people, which can include:
- A maximum of 1 wheelchair user
- 1 carer or companion (carers are included in the total)
- Or up to 2 guests who both require step-free access
Size & Use Restrictions

Maximum wheelchair size: 115 cm (width) × 65 cm (depth)

Maximum combined weight: 300 kg (wheelchair and user)
🚫 Mobility scooters and pushchairs are not permitted in the lift.
Guests may transfer into a standard wheelchair (available on site). Scooters and pushchairs can be stored in the buggy park.
⚠️ Please note: There may be a short wait due to operational needs.
What to Do When You Arrive

At the welcome desk, show your accessibility lift reservation to receive a green wristband.

Midway through your visit, a team member will guide you to the lift to bypass the stairs.

At the end, the same team member will escort you back to the lift and reunite you with your group in the gift shop.

The team will operate the lift for you at both stages.
