Bookings cannot be amended, and due to our safeguarding policies, our website does not allow child tickets to be purchased separately. If you need to add a child ticket (3-15) to an existing booking, you can purchase an untimed child ticket at the entrance of Lift 109 for £17.55 on the day of your visit. This will ensure that everyone in your group can enter together.
Children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older. Infants (2 years and under) enter free of charge and do not require a ticket.
