Please arrive during your selected 15-minute arrival window, starting from the time shown on your ticket. You'll be welcomed to join the queue, which includes security and ticket checks. Queue times vary but are approx. 10 minutes; however, they may be longer during peak periods, such as weekends and school holidays.
Our advertised closing time marks the last opportunity to join the queue. Unfortunately, guests arriving after this time will not be admitted. Please refer to our Opening Hours for our closing times.
