Our Accessibility Lift accommodates wheelchairs measuring up to 115 cm (width) x 65 cm (depth), with a maximum combined weight limit of 300 kg (including the wheelchair and user). If your wheelchair is larger or heavier than this, please contact us ahead of your visit so we can explore the best options for you.
Please note:
- Mobility scooters cannot be used inside the lift for safety reasons.
- Guests using mobility scooters are welcome to transfer to a standard wheelchair, which we provide during the visit.
- Each Accessibility Lift booking allows for one wheelchair user and one companion or a guest requiring step-free access.

- The lift will be operated by a team member.
