Can I reserve the accessibility lift for my booking?
Yes, you can reserve the accessibility lift for the Early Riser Experience. Please note that only one accessibility lift reservation is available per day for this experience.
Why is only one accessibility lift reservation allowed per day for the Early Riser Experience?
Due to strict evacuation procedures, we can only accommodate one accessibility lift reservation per ascent.
How do I know if the accessibility lift is available when booking?
If the lift is already reserved, it will appear as unavailable during the booking process for the Early Riser Experience.
Can we still attend if the lift is unavailable?
Yes! We recommend booking standard tickets and reserving the accessibilty lift during the booking process.
What if our group has more than one wheelchair user or more than two people needing step-free access?
If your group includes more than one wheelchair user or more than two people needing step-free access, we recommmnd booking standard tickets. You will need to split into separate groups on the day. Our team will be on hand when you arrive to help organise this, answer any questions you may have, and will do our best to ensure the groups are scheduled back-to-back.
Are carer tickets available, and what do they include?
