Yes, we provide complimentary tickets for carers assisting guests who require additional support.
- Carer tickets are available for all Lift 109 ticket types.
- These tickets allow entry only and do not include extras.
How to reserve a Carer Ticket?
One Carer ticket can be added during the online booking process per booking for all Lift 109 ticket types. If you require additional Carer tickets, these can be requested at the welcome desk when you arrive. For Group bookings, you can also request to add a Carer ticket on the day of your visit. We always have availability for Carer tickets and will be happy to assist.
Documentation Requirements
You’ll need to present supporting documentation at Lift 109 to receive a complimentary carer ticket. There’s no need to upload documents when booking online. Acceptable documents include:
- DLA (Disability Living Allowance)
- PIP (Personal Independence Payment)
- Evidence of registered severely sight impaired (blind)
- Credibility Access Card (with +1 icon)
- Copy of Attendance Allowance letter
- Blue Badge
If you have alternative documentation, please contact us to check if it’s acceptable. Documents must show your full name and be dated within the last three years.
Please note: This scheme is for guests with permanent or long-term accessibility needs and is not applicable for temporary conditions such as broken bones, healing wounds, or pregnancy. Carers must be at least 18 years old.
Carer Tickets for Children
We provide a complimentary carer ticket if a child requires one. However, all children must be accompanied by a paying adult ticket holder.
- A carer ticket cannot be used in place of a paying adult ticket.
- You must have at least one paying adult ticket holder in your booking before adding a child and carer ticket.
