1:Standard Entry Tickets
Standard entry tickets can be booked in advance, each with a 15-minute arrival window.

Adult (16+): £17.00 (on the day £23.60)
Children (3-15): £12.60 (on the day £17.55)
Family (2 Adults + 2 Children): £54.60 (on the day £76.25)
Family Tickets include 2 "Adult (16+ years old)" tickets and 2 "Child (3-15 years)" tickets. Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult 18+. Therefore 1 Adult must be 18+.
We recommend booking ahead to guarantee entry and save.
Ticket prices are subject to change based on availability and advanced booking.
Standard Entry Ticket bookings made at least 8 days in advance will be offered the opportunity to add a flexible rescheduling add-on for £2 per person, allowing you to reschedule your booking if your plans change. Changes can be made up to 5 days before your scheduled visit, with up to two amendments allowed.

3: Any Time Tickets
Enjoy the flexibility of arriving any time on the day of your choice and rescheduling your booking if your plans change. You can reschedule your visit for an alternative date once.

4: Champagne Ascent
Arrive any time & enjoy a glass of Laurent-Perrier Champagne during your visit.

A £1 glass deposit will be taken at the bar when collected. This will be refunded once returned at the gift shop, at the conclusion of your experience.
5: Private Ascent
Exclusive access for up to 18 people
Private Ascents are available to be booked at selected times in advance, each with a 15-minute arrival window.

6: Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

- Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult 18+. Infants (2 years old and under) can enter free of charge and do not require a ticket.
- Tickets purchased at the entrance of Lift109 are charged at the "on the day" rate. Pre-booking required to guarantee entry and save.
- Group and School bookings receive up to 10% off. School bookings receive one free teacher ticket for every 10 paying students.
- Complimentary tickets will be provided for PA/Companion/Carers for ticket holders who require additional assistance.
