The Flexi Add-On
We know plans can change, so we offer the Flexi Add-On to add peace of mind when you book.
What is the Flexi Add-On?
Book at least 4 days in advance and unlock 3 months of flexibility with the Flexi Add-On, from £2 per person at checkout. You can amend your booking twice with changes accepted up to 2 days before your scheduled date.

The Flexi Add-On must be added when you book and cannot be added later.
*Flexi add-ons cannot be applied to offers, gift voucher redemptions, school bookings, or third-party tickets.
How do I reschedule?

Click "Reschedule Booking" in your confirmation email or Click HERE.

Your updated tickets will be available via the "View Tickets Here" button
A few things to keep in mind:
- You can reschedule your entire booking, but individual tickets cannot be moved.
- You can move your booking to any day of the week within 3 months of the original date.
However, Saturdays are only available if your original booking was for a Saturday. - You can amend your booking twice with changes accepted up to 2 days before your scheduled date.
What if I didn’t add the Flexi Add-On?
Only bookings with the Flexi Add-On added can be rescheduled. All other tickets are non-refundable and can’t be amended.
If you are unable to attend, feel free to gift your tickets to a friend or family member who may be able to attend in your place.

The Flexi Add-On was not an option when I booked.
If the Flexi Add-On wasn’t available during your booking, this may be because it’s not offered for your ticket type, or your booking is for a date within the next 4 days.
Can I cancel my booking?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, if you're unable to attend, you are welcome to gift your tickets to a friend or family member.
If you've made an error in your booking, please contact our ticketing team within 24 hours of purchase. While we are unable to offer refunds, we’ll do our best to assist where possible. You can get in touch by submitting a request HERE.
Please note that changes to bookings not covered by the Flexi Add-On will incur an admin fee.
All Lift 109 tickets and extras are non refundable after purchase.
